We will ship your order within one business day (if you order on Monday we'll get it out by Tuesday!). On most items we will require a signature (for your protection and ours).
Within 14 days of receiving your product if you are not satisfied we will make every attempt to remedy the situation. That may include a return or an exchange. We record serial numbers on all units shipped and will need the same item back. We will NOT of course refund you if you broke it of course.
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period.
Please contact us via e-mail with the details and we'll work with you to get the item back to us!
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
Return shipping fees
If you return an item using our prepaid mailing label, and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is the result of our error, we'll refund return shipping costs as well.
Please make sure that all data has been removed and the device is no longer linked to any cloud account or to any other device so that we may accept the return of this product.
This is very important! We can't accept a return unless you have removed your cloud accounts!
